Strength Test – Sit up

This test is designed to measure your abdominal or trunk strengths. How many sit-ups can you do in one minute?

Lie on the floor in the supine position with your knees bent at a 45-degree angle, with your feet flat. your hands should rest on your thighs.  You can cradle your head with your hands to support your neck if necessary.  Remember, DO NOT pull on your head with your hands to pull yourself up.
